Pay rent

Your rent invoice arrives in the middle of each month, but no later than the 20th. You can find your rent invoice when you log in to My Pages or in our app. That’s also where you can find information about, for example, the OCR number. Remember that you are always responsible for ensuring that the rent is paid by the last weekday before the start of each calendar month. Please note that it can take up to three banking days before the payment is registered with us and appears on My Pages.

In our app, Studentbostäders boendeapp, you can easily book a laundry room, communal rooms, chat with us and pay the rent with Swish if you have a Swedish Bank-ID.

You only pay rent for 10 months of the year. You do not pay rent in June and July. If you are a new tenant moving to Studentbostäder from another landlord and your contract with us starts within the period 2 May-31 July, the rent-free months will not apply to you.
